Product Details

Stepping onto a construction site or into a woodworking workshop, the air is often thick with fine dust — sawdust from cutting lumber, silica particles from grinding concrete, and debris from demolition work. Breathing in these invisible hazards day after day can lead to serious respiratory conditions. Protecting your lungs starts with a reliable mask that seals tightly and filters effectively, and the N95 Particulate Respirator Mask is built for exactly that kind of demanding environment.

Product Features

Engineered for all-day comfort and dependable protection, this respirator features an adjustable aluminum nose bridge that molds to the shape of your face, eliminating gaps where unfiltered air could leak in. The soft inner lining sits gently against the skin, reducing irritation even during extended wear. High-elasticity ear loops distribute pressure evenly, so you won't feel pinching or soreness after hours on the job.

The mask's multi-layer filtration media captures at least 95% of non-oil-based airborne particles, including dust, mist, and fumes. A low-resistance design ensures you can breathe comfortably without feeling stuffed up, making it suitable for both high-intensity outdoor labor and precision indoor tasks like sanding or painting.

Certification & Standards

This respirator is certified by NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) under 42 CFR Part 84, meeting the stringent N95 classification. Each batch undergoes rigorous filtration efficiency testing — sodium chloride aerosol challenge at 85 L/min — to confirm it captures no fewer than 95% of test particles. The certification number is printed on the mask for easy verification by safety officers and compliance inspectors on site.

Beyond NIOSH approval, the mask complies with GB 2626-2019 (China's respiratory protection standard) and carries CE marking for the European market, giving you a single product that satisfies multiple regulatory frameworks across job sites worldwide.

Usage Guidelines

Before each use, perform a positive and negative pressure seal check: cover the exhalation valve briefly and exhale gently — the mask should puff outward slightly. Then cover the filter surface with your palms and inhale — the mask should collapse inward. If either check fails, adjust the nose clip and ear loops until a proper seal is achieved. Replace the mask immediately if you notice increased breathing resistance, visible damage, or contamination from hazardous substances.

Store unused masks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened from its sealed packaging, a mask should be used within the same work shift for optimal performance. In environments with oil-based aerosols, switch to a P95 or P100 rated respirator instead, as N95 filters are not designed for oil mist.

Whether you're framing a house, sanding drywall, or sweeping a warehouse floor, the N95 Particulate Respirator Mask delivers consistent, certified protection shift after shift — so you can focus on the work, not on what you're breathing in.
